Although the Company was established in 2002, our Principal, Steven Ball, has been an Adviser in Financial Services since 1989 and is well known in this area.  He holds Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2 & 3, as well as the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) and the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate for Savings and Investments. He was an Independent Financial Adviser until December 2011, when he decided to focus on his specialist area of mortgages and Life Protection.

Our Clients are extremely important to us, and in turn they value the honesty and integrity that we provide; we look on them as friends rather than clients.  Indeed, nearly all of our business comes from referrals (without being prompted) and word of mouth.

Our aim is to build long term relationships with our clients so that we can continue to provide them with advice of the highest quality and integrity in the years to come. 

We do not charge fees for an initial consultation, and our independent status gives clients options in the way we are paid for our advice, your choice:

a)  We can receive commission from the product provider

b)  by way of a fee from the client

c)   a combination of commission and fee

We discuss the options with you and will not charge you anything until this is agreed.
